Join us at the Vitality HealthyFood Studio for a vibrant celebration of flavour, culture and togetherness. Our Fire and Feast course is inspired by the richness of diverse traditions and homegrown favourites... all coming together in one unforgettable feast.
We'll start with a caramelised onion tshotlho taco, a wholesome take on pulled beef, paired with a refreshing glass of homemade gemere. Explore a buffet-style starter spread before diving into mains that celebrate bold, soulful cooking: a sizzling monkeygland T-bone steak, tender gochujang-glazed chicken thighs, and fragrant Cape-style ostrich.
The sides bring colour and creativity to the table: grilled baby potatoes with miso garlic sauce, charred cabbage with goat's cheese raita and fresh chilli cucumbers, and roasted carrots with hazelnuts, smashed avocado, pomegranate rubies and mint.
To end on a sweet note, enjoy a naartjie and cardamom milk tart with cinnamon crumble - a comforting tribute to flavour and familiarity.
