Start with a refreshing yellowfin tuna and mango poke bowl - a colourful medley of rocket, avocado, and sugar snap peas that bursts with flavour. Then roll up your sleeves and create a spring-inspired main course, choosing from dishes designed to suit every palate: delicate rainbow trout piccata paired with cucumber and dill quinoa salad, comforting one-pan chicken primavera, or sesame tofu with broccoli, spring onions and sweetcorn for a plant-powered option.
Our chefs will also guide you through fresh seasonal sides, from the green goddess fusilli pasta salad to a baby spinach salad topped with grilled peaches, creamy feta, toasted macadamia nuts and pickled red onion - a true ode to springtime.
