Festive Desserts Course

Join us for a sweet celebration of the holidays at the Vitality HealthyFood Studio. Indulge in the magic of the festive season with a dessert-only masterclass dedicated to all things sweet, elegant and show-stopping.

Learn to create a strawberries and cream verrine crowned with a delicate floral tuile, followed by a gingerbread chocolate tart dusted with "snow" and topped with a mini gingerbread man.

Build a summer trifle with layers of vanilla sponge, crushed watermelon jelly, seasonal fruit and lemon-infused custard, then roll and dress a pumpkin pie yule log with cream cheese icing, chocolate glaze, fresh raspberries and mint.

End on a refreshing note with pomegranate, coconut and kiwi ice lollies, the perfect cool finish to a summer holiday feast. A deliciously interactive class for those who believe the holidays taste better with dessert.
