Update to The Lounge access in 2026
From 1 January 2026, only Discovery Bank primary accountholders and any secondary cardholders can use the complimentary visits to The Lounge. Each cardholder must generate a voucher from their Discovery Bank app for themselves. Kids younger than 18 years have unlimited access to The Lounge when a parent is generating a voucher for themselves.
Travelling with friends or family aged 18 or older? They'll need their own qualifying Discovery Bank account for complimentary access, or you can purchase a guest voucher for them in the app for R300. Teenagers or kids who are 17 or younger can access The Lounge with you for free.

How to generate a voucher for The Lounge:
- Log in to your Discovery Bank app.
- Tap Transact.
- Tap Lounge.
- Tap Generate voucher.
- Select the airport lounge location.
