New Woolworths loyalty programme, same Vitality rewards! Our Vitality HealthyFood partner, Woolworths, has launched an exciting new loyalty programme called MyDifference.
This programme is designed to deliver even greater value, convenience, and tailored rewards to Woolworths shoppers. Join MyDifference today to continue enjoying your Vitality HealthyFood rewards at Woolworths and unlock even more benefits!
What does this mean for you?
Join MyDifference today to enjoy instant rewards, exclusive discounts, and great savings from Woolworths every time you shop. Plus, your HealthyFood rewards will now also be linked to your MyDifference programme.
There is still time to move over to the MyDifference programme. Woolworths will inform you when WRewards cards no longer work. Until you join MyDifference, your HealthyFood rewards will continue to be linked to your current WRewards card.
Here's how to join MyDifference:
- Log in to the latest version of the Woolworths app.
- Tap on the 'Loyalty' tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Follow the prompts in the app to join MyDifference.
Once you're signed up, scan the MyDifference virtual card in the Woolworths app every time you shop in-store to unlock all the amazing Woolworths benefits and up to 25% back in Ðiscovery Miles on HealthyFood items, boosted to up to 75% back with Discovery Bank.
For online, app, and Woolies Dash purchases, make sure you're logged in to your Woolworths app to earn rewards.
Everything you need to know about the Woolworths MyDifference loyalty programme
Woolworths has launched a new loyalty programme called MyDifference, which combines their WRewards (get) and MySchool (give) programmes into one, with so much more! This programme is proudly digital-first. Your digital card is available on the Woolworths App, ready to use whenever you shop. Alternatively, you can get a physical card in-store. Woolworths will inform you when the WRewards cards will no longer work in the Woolies stores.
If you are unable to download the Woolies app, you can visit your nearest Woolworths store to request a physical MyDifference card. Make sure your card is linked to your Woolies profile. Once you have linked your MyDifference card, you can start making purchases and earn rewards for HealthyFood purchases. If you do not complete the linking of your physical MyDifference card, you will not be able to activate or use the HealthyFood benefit at Woolworths and will lose out on rewards.
Simply go to the Woolies app and select the loyalty icon at the bottom of the screen. You will then see your MyDifference virtual card with your unique card number in the loyalty hub.
Remember to use your virtual card when you shop at a Woolies store or online through Woolies Dash, Woolies online or the Woolies App.

Please check and confirm on the HealthyFood catalogues for a list of all qualifying items for the HealthyFood benefit at Woolworths. If your item is a qualifying item and you have not received a reward for it, you are able to query the missing qualifying item within 90 days of your transaction.
Please ensure that you have your till slip or invoice (for online purchases) and contact Vitality on 0860 998877 to query your missing qualifying item. Our servicing team will assist you accordingly.
At the moment, you are able to use your current WRewards, MySchool, MyPlanet and MyVillage cards OR your MyDifference card when making purchases at Woolworths stores either online or in store. We will receive all transactions made using these cards and calculate your HealthyFood rewards. Woolworths will inform you when the WRewards, MySchool, MyPlanet and MyVillage cards can longer be used.
Unfortunately, we will not receive the Woolworths purchases you made, and you will not get your HealthyFood rewards. You will need to download the Woolies app or get a new MyDifference physical card in order to start earning HealthyFood rewards again.
You can download and install the Woolies app and activate your virtual MyDifference card. Alternatively, you can get a new physical MyDifference card at your nearest Woolworths store and ensure that your new card is linked to your ID number before making purchases. We will receive your purchases as you shop at Woolworths once your new MyDifference card has been linked to your ID number.
